My smiley little boy wants to move but he isn't going anywhere yet. He hates being on his stomach and doesn't make much of an attempt to crawl from there. Instead, he tries to lean forward from a sitting position and gets his legs all tangled up.
The past month he has been working on a mouthful of teeth. He got six teeth since his last monthly update! So needless to say, sleep has been a struggle. He'll sleep as long as someone is holding him or he's beside me. I'm hoping things will improve a little in the next few weeks.
He has started using his voice more. He babbles momma and sometimes it seems he knows just when to do it! He also screeches loudly and high pitched when he doesn't like something (like when he's on his stomach).
I also love that he has started reaching out for us. If he wants me to pick him up, he will kinda hold his arms out. If he's sitting on the floor he will practically climb in my lap when he wants me to pick him up.
I'm not loving this pinching stage. He is constantly pinching me and scratching. He just mauls my neck and face sometimes when I'm holding him. Willa did the same thing. He just loves exploring with his hands.
