I've made it to day 11 (Sunday, January 11). I just can't seem to get full. I feel like I am eating about ten pounds of fruit and vegetables everyday. I know it is because I'm used to eating a lot of calories. The giant bowls of cereal I used to snack on at night weren't exactly low cal. So now I have to eat much more to take in enough calories. I'm not restricting my calories. I'm still breastfeeding so I figure I need to keep the calorie count up...or at least that's the excuse I'm using whether it's true or not at this point.
We have been to the grocery store five times so far. I'm not joking. A couple of times were for ingredients we needed for a dish to take somewhere but we ended up coming home with extras that we needed. I'm keeping track of how much we spend because it is going to be crazy compared to our normal grocery budget.
I also feel like I am prepping food non-stop. Well, I probably feel like it because I am! It takes a lot of work to eat fresh.
I don't really feel much different yet. Seth says he seems to be sleeping better-more soundly.
