Seven Months

Just when mommy and daddy thought baby girl couldn't get any cuter she started babbling.  It sounds like she is saying dad-da and every once in a while you will hear mom-ma.  I have tried to get a video of it but just can't catch her at the right time.

Now that we are getting closer to her being on the move I don't want it to happen!  I love that I can sit her down on her quilt and go do something and when I come back she is still there.  I'm not ready to child proof my house and put up the baby gates.  I've heard my life will never be the same when she starts moving.

Right now she loves to pull up from sitting to standing by holding onto my hands.  She will do it over and over if you let her.  She isn't really getting her legs up into crawling position when she's on her stomach.  But when she is sitting she is reaching out in front of her for toys and it looks like she's about ready to take off; however, it usually ends in a face plant.

I think I will stop providing sleeping updates because she's like a roller coaster ride when it comes to sleep.  

Here she is with her frozen face after eating an ice cube.  We have a small little mesh bag with a handle that we put it in.  

She also loves to ride in the shopping cart, which has made my life a little easier!  This was her first time in the cart.
