Things in my Life

Every once in a while we swing by Dunkin' Donuts' for coffee in the morning.  This morning we were excited to see that between 3 and 6 p.m. you can get any size iced coffee or ice tea for only 99 cents....so excited that we went back there after work for a second round of iced coffees!

This made me start thinking about how much I love coffee and when I try to cut back it never works.  And as my mind typically does, it started to wonder and I began thinking about things I cannot live without.  So I decided to start making a list.  But when beer came to mind I was too ashamed to say I couldn't live without beer so I renamed the list-"The Necessities in our House"

#1-We have already established how much I love coffee so we have to have all the proper tools to make a good cup of coffee.  We prefer the french press rather than your traditional coffee maker.

#2-We eat so many eggs that I wouldn't be surprised if one day I started clucking around the house.  They are an every day breakfast staple.  The typical serving is five per day (two for me and three for Seth).  I am super pumped because I found a place near Lincoln were I can get farm fresh eggs for only $2 a dozen!

#3-I am not an excessive beer drinker but I enjoy a cold one every once in a while.  But we're not talking Bud Light here.  We are beer snobs who enjoy craft beers and homemade brew from the keg.

#4-I have a little bit of an obsession with shoes, but I really love my tennis shoes.  They are a must because I run, but I also have to have a pair just designated for fashion.

#5-We are internet freaks.  I use it for recipes, banking, shopping, watching TV programs, etc.  So this laptop stays in the living room for quick access.

Hopefully next time I decide to do a post like this I will improve on my picture taking abilities.
