23 Months-I can't keep up

This girl is full of energy!  She just wants to run.  We're working on holding my hand but it's not easy.  She really wants to do things on her own.  Her latest is the steps.  She always tries to walk down without holding my hand.  She can pretty much go up them without holding onto anything.

She also loves to help out in the kitchen.  She has this little stool that's great but frequently drives me crazy because every time I turn around there she is pushing it up right beside me.

I know I have mentioned before how much she loves to be outside but I can't express just how much she does.  She is constantly asking to go outside from the minute she wakes up in the morning.  We go to the park at least every other day if not everyday.  We have a playground about a half mile from our house so it's nice to just walk down to it.  She also likes to play on her swing set in the back yard.  She finally mastered the rock climbing portion that leads up to the slide.

She loves to play pretend- "cook", have a picnic, play with her babies.  When we read books we typically have to have about two dolls plus a blanket.  She's kinda obsessed over blankets.  And speaking of reading.  She still loves her books.  She even sits still through the long ones now.

Our last pool day this summer
I actually got a season pass from this local pumpkin farm that has a ton of stuff for kids to do.  She loves it out there so it was well worth the money.

She insisted on pulling the wagon herself.
We met friends at Starved Rock for the day.  The weather was perfect and we all had a great time.  Willa just loves playing with Avery.

I think she looks so old in this one

Dress up!

Yes, it's a golf ball.  Will she ever stop putting stuff in her mouth?

I have to share a few videos.  Don't mind the burping during the ABC's.
